Mandate Voter ID

Segment # 261

As of November 11, 2024, most states have completed their vote counting for the presidential election. However, based on the available information, there are a few states where the vote counting process may still be ongoing or where final results are pending:

States Still Counting Votes

California
California is known for its slower vote-counting process due to its large population and extensive use of mail-in ballots. The state often takes several days or even weeks to finalize its vote count

. Arizona
While Arizona has been called for Donald Trump, the state may still be processing some remaining ballots. Arizona allows mail-in ballots to be counted if they are received up to 7 days after Election Day, as long as they were postmarked by Election Day

Arizona has allowed voting by mail for over two decades, and approximately 80% of voters in the state vote by mail. Ballot processing and tallying in the state can begin when the ballots are received by election workers, but results may not be released before all precincts have reported or one hour after the polls close on Election Day, whichever is sooner. Releasing information earlier is a felony in Arizona.

. Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania's vote-counting process can be lengthy due to its rules regarding mail-in ballots. Counties cannot begin counting mail-in and absentee ballots until 7 a.m. on Election Day, which can lead to a prolonged counting period.

Under Pennsylvania law, counties cannot begin counting mail-in and absentee ballots until 7 a.m. on Election Day. In 2020, that was the beginning of a laborious process to log more than 2.7 million votes returned by mail. Full returns are processed beginning at 9 a.m. on the third day after the election, or Nov. 8 this year.

. Wisconsin
Wisconsin typically processes most votes within a few hours after polls close, but Milwaukee, the state's largest city, often takes longer due to its size and centralized absentee ballot counting

The argument against voter ID is spurious at best with the Dems arguing it suppresses the vote. Clearly from all the data it delays counting and makes it infinitely easier to cheat. Confidence in elections is crucial in a democracy. Ironically now the Dems have lost lost in 2024, they are examining voter totals which is revealing some uncomfortable stats about 2020. There will ne new and very uncomfortable investigations of exactly Biden received more votes (81 million+) than any previous president in US history including Barack Obama.
